 The Opening Splash Screen allows division members to select an appropriate menu. Depending on the sailors billet he or she will have access to enter some or all of the menus. In each menu access may further be restricted to only certain files which that sailor would have a need to access. For example a work center supervisor would be permitted to see counseling records for the sailors in his or her work center but not for other sailors in the division. |

 The Setup Your Account Menu is the first menu all members of the division must access. |

 The Welcome to the Division (Start Here) Choice introduces the sailor to the Division Officer's Database. |

 Then the Welcome to the Division (Start Here) Choice has the sailor fill out NAVPERS 1070/6. The information the sailor provides on this form is stored electronically in the database and recalled in other menus in a much more useful format. |
